Welcome to Multiwood Design Interiors. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1.Services:

  • Multiwood Design Interiors specializes in interior design solutions, modular factory work, and resin products. All services and products provided are subject to availability and project-specific agreements.

2. Payment Terms:​

  • All invoices must be paid in full within the agreed payment schedule outlined in the contract.

  • A 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

  • Custom furniture, bespoke designs, and imported items require 100% payment before production

3. Cancellations and Refunds:​​​

  • Clients may cancel their project within 48 hours of booking with a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will not be issued for custom-made, bespoke, or specialty orders.

  • Returns are subject to the supplier’s restocking fee, typically 20-50% plus return freight charges.

4. Project Timelines:​​​​

  • Estimated project timelines are provided in the contract and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes or additional requests may result in a revised timeline and cost.

5. Warranty and Liability:​​​​​

  • Multiwood Design Interiors provides a limited warranty for certain products and services, details of which will be specified in the contract.

  • We are not liable for damages due to mishandling, improper maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Intellactual Property:​​​​​​

  • All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Multiwood Design Interiors remain our intellectual property.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any designs without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy:​​​​​​​

  • We respect client confidentiality and ensure personal data protection.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

8. Third-Party Services: 

  • We may collaborate with third-party suppliers for certain products and materials.

  • Any disputes regarding third-party products will be addressed according to the supplier’s policies.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through discussions.

  • If unresolved, legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of Karnataka-India.

10. Amendments To Terms:

  • Multiwood Design Interiors reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.​
